Type of movement
drill common in practices for sports like
basketball or
hockey that involve many short sprints as well as quick changes of
direction.
To run (or skate, if it's hockey) a suicide, you start on the baseline/goal line at one end of the court/rink, and head for the first line parallel to that. You then turn around, go back to the line you started from, turn back around, and head for the next line past the first. Continue this pattern until you have gone the full length of the playing surface and returned.
