An old West Country recipe. Much like guacamole, made by jamming several sheep into a very large blender, standing back and waiting until the baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!s stop. Great with tortilla chips.

(Also the process by which sheep are de-ticked, at least in Britain. It involves herding large numbers of them into a trough or tank filled with stuff containing organo-phosphates, then letting them get out again, covered in the stuff, and give all the farmers mental and nervous problems. Not to mention the pollution. Joyous!)
