This phrase was a marketing catch-phrase for the Nexus-6 model android, as found in the movie Blade Runner and the short story on which it is based, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick.

The song by White Zombie is a direct reference to the movie, and in turn the short story. In particular, these lyrics are of interest:

I am the Nexus One
I want more life, fucker I ain't done (yeah)

This is interesting because, as we discover in the course of the story, the Nexus-6 androids which are being hunted are busy trying to find the man responsible for their manufacture because they are upset that they have been hardcoded with lifespan limitations. That is, after four years, they die. They are angry about this. They want more life. Despite their efforts, this is not possible.

Although no Nexus One model android was mentioned in either of the primary sources, one can presume that it may be an older model of android in the same line. And, of course, it rhymes.

Although most of the rest of the lyrics are fairly nonsensical, one can imagine they express the rage these androids felt.

More Human than Human
by White Zombie
from the album Astro-Creep 2000

I am the astro-creep
a demolition style hell american freak
I am the crawling dead
a phantom in a box shadow in your head say
acid suicide
freedom of the blast
read the fucker lies
scratch off the broken skin
tear into my heart, make me do it again yeah
more human than human
I am the jigsaw man
I turn the world around with a skeleton hand say
I am electric head
a cannibal core a television said yeah
do not victimize
read the mutherfucker psychoholic lies
into a psychic war
I tear my soul apart
and then I eat it some more
more human than human
I am the ripper man
a locomotion mind love american style yeah
I am the nexus one
I want more life, fucker I ain't done yeah
more human than human
