Many
people get this quote wrong and just say "
money is
the root of all evil", but that changes the meaning of the quote slightly. Money itself is not evil nor can it be. It is an inanimate object! The quote when said properly means if you search for the source of any
evil you will find that it is Man's
desire for money.
This is just a pet-peeve of mine, it is not meant to rip on anybody that has quoted it wrong.
