"Susan Williams" is a
pseudonym for
LEGO's Consumer Affairs department in Enfield,
Connecticut.
In my personal experiences as a child, any letters sent to LEGO would be responded to with a signed letter from Susan Williams.
It was far more traumatic for me to hear "there is no Susan Williams" from a Lego representative than to hear "there is no Santa Claus" from my parents.
