Blue laws here in
Huntsville, Alabama are finally a thing of the past. The Huntsville
city council voted unanimously on January 9, 2003 to legalize the sale of
beer and
liquor on Sundays after 7am. Considering the huge
protests that were made several years ago when they wanted to put a
bar in the
Huntsville International Airport .. not a single person appeared at the meeting to complain or protest this decision.
