Duncan Sheik's third effort, released on 27 February 2001 on Nonesuch Records, a Warner Music Group Compay. This time out he wrote only the music, lyrics were provided by award-winning New York playwright Steven Sater. The end result is much less introspectively melancholy than either his 1996 self-titled debut (which contained the hit Barely Breathing) or the 1998 follow-up, Humming. This album also more clearly showcases Nick Drake's influences on Duncan, with the title arguably being something of a nod to Drake's final album, Pink Moon.
