Filipinos gross or whatever but this is also the term we use refer to a native delicacy of
Chicken Intestines. Usually, it's just gotten straight from the
slaughtered chicken, then a wire with a hook on one end is passed through the intestines and used to pull it
inside out. Wash it a bit, but not too much you'll wash off all the flavor. Skewer it like a tiny
snake and put over hot coals. Roast til crisp. In case you haven't gotten it yet, it's called IUD coz it looks like an IUD.
But because of rampant ignorance, a lot of people here would call it that and have no idea why.
