Just a little true story: A while back (early 90s), the Ethiopian government finally decided to do something about the AIDS epidemic in their country that was resulting from unsafe sex. So they started handing out thousands of free pamphlets outlining guidelines for safe sex. They handed out 40,000 pamphlets in all (I think). Just as an added bonus, they attached one free condom to each pamphlet. The method of attachment? Staples. Right through the middle of the latex. Good ole Ethiopia.
