Dr.
Snuggles was the star of this
british 70's and
80's cartoon. He was an
eternally optimistic crazy inventor with red and white striped
trousers, little
spectacles, looking a great deal like
Benjamin Franklin.
Dr. Snuggles has a whole
posse of
strange characters, including faithful Dennis the
Badger, naughty Charlie
Rat, eccentric Madame Dumpitoo and her companion from an outer
psychic region,
cosmic cat. There is a
treacle tree and a
conscious rainbow, home of the
Lavender Sheep.
