The
perfect number of
calories to eat in one
day. This number assures the
maximum weight loss (because there's no such thing as
too thin) and is about the
minimum you can eat a day to make sure you get enough
energy/
sustinance to get through your day and avoid turning your
metabolism to mush.
I couldn't tell you how many of my days have been ruled by this number, successful or no. It's funny how a silly thing like a number to regulate how much you consume can quickly consume you.
