Just a recipe for Chili I came up with, by looking at a few recipes on the net, and improvising somewhat. It's moderately hot, but not too salty.
Cook these until the meat is grey all over, but no more, then toss it in a full-sized crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients to crockpot, cook on low for 10-12 hours. Make sure that for at least for part of that time, once the beans are moist, it simmers nicely to breakdown the
toxins in the
beans.
Check occasionally if it needs some more water... The beans absorb lots, yet the other ingredients contribute a varying amount.
