Human flesh is not kosher.
Firstly:
We do not fit the criteria for a kosher animal.
A few of these are:
  • We do not have split hooves
  • We do not chew our cud
  • A ritual slaughter must be performed, none such exists for humans
  • the flesh/meat must be prepared in a certain way:
    Soaked for a specified amount of time
    Salted
    Soaked again

Secondly:
This concept would probably (definitely?) come under the concept of barbaric customs which the Torah directs not to do. Actually, forbids.
Lastly (and this is my disclaimer):
IANAR. And I may have the wrong reasons. But human flesh is not kosher.
