Logogogue:

One who talks (and mansplains) so much about words that they could make a dictionary blush. Imagine someone who loves to show off their vocabulary at parties, like a walking thesaurus with a flair for the dramatic. They're the kind of person who can turn a simple "hello" into a 15-minute lecture on the etymology of greetings, complete with a PowerPoint presentation with handouts and homework. In short, and it's probably too late already, if one ever nods off during a conversation about the efficacy of synonyms, one might just be in the presence, or at least vicinity, of a logogogue.

Or, one concerned with the erudition of rhetoric.
