The 20' to 2000 is a series of electronic music released monthly by the labels Noton and Raster of Germany. In each month of 1999, a new CD was released by a different artist with about 20 minutes of music on it. Each artist was asked to create a piece "for the last 20 minutes of the year 1999 as a cutting edge of the century".

The compact discs and packagaing are quite unique, as the unused portion of the CD is made of transparent clear plastic, while the inside is the standard silver. The case is also transparent plastic, and looks and opens like a clam shell. The music itself is experimental and extremely minimal, and each release was limited to 1000 copies.
