This is what
Rastafarians call
beer. At least this is what the Rastafarians we got to know in a
township outside
Cape Town, used to call beer. I dont know any other
Rastas, so I should not
generalise.
Although they smoked much ganja, the Rastas did not drink beer. The name Babylon Water shows that they regarded beer as an evil and decadent, much like the excessive luxury of the ancient city of Babylon.
