Transformers Tech Specs
Bugly's outer shell was a sort of winged humanoid cockroach -- think "The Fly" with futuristic body armor. His hover jet vehicle mode was pretty much the same as Bomb-burst's. Pretty much average as Decepticon Pretenders went.
