She was born on July 11, 1966 in Burbank California.
She gave birth to a baby girl in December 1996, and was married in May 1997 to two-time Olympic gold medalist Steve Timmons.
Debbe's senior high school year included cheerleading, being the homecoming queen and earning the title of Miss Burbank of 1984. She did television commercials (three years for Taco Bell) and was on the cover of several magazines (Shape, Triathlete, Muscle & Fitness). She has competed on American Gladiators.
