Bugs has discovered the secret cave of Ali Baba's treasure, guarded by Hassan, a big, beefy guy in to gym worship. And carrying a BIG sword.
Daffy goes crazy in his lots-of-money-and-no-one-else-can-have-it-it-is-mine-mine-MINE kind of way and starts grabbing coins and jewels left, right and centre. Hassan sees this, gets angry at the theft of his master's treasure and shouts
"Hassan CHOP!"
And swings his sword. Which, naturally, misses Daffy by a whisker. He looks at the side where the sword was and all his feathers are missing. Funny.
