Netfuture is an online journal published by Stephen Talbott and The Nature Institute. It mainly involves technological progress and technology's social, cultural, psychological and philosophical consequences. It's most exceptional writing involves education and whether technology is really that important a learning tool. And furthermore if there is any need to be concerned (in the educational sense) about a "digital divide".

I have heard it described as "a journal for Luddites", but in my own opinion, it is essential reading for anyone who works in a technological field or just wants to understand the machine culture around us.

As an example you might want to read an issue that deals with technology and the handicapped.
