Philippe Candeloro is one of my favorite male
skaters. His
trademark is the acting out of a story with full
costume, for instance,
Braveheart music wearing a
kilt (and not much else) with the
blue face paint. One of my favorite performances is his portrayal of
D'Artagnan at the 1998
Olympics, where he
sword fights down the ice. It is very effective and the
audience and the judges love it. He is also just an increadible skater.
Philipe was born on February 17, 1972 in Courbevoie,
France.
