Sugarcream Puff is a

Sugarcream Puff is reasonably unique in the Sanrio panopoly, in that he is an inanimate object blessed with the magic of life, rather than a creature that was born with a heartbeat. Sugarcream Puff is, you see, a teddy bear.
This bear is drawn in the fashion of a traditional teddy, and is snow white with a little blue bow. He has black button eyes and a little red button nose, and like many other Sanrio characters, has no mouth.
He is said to be very interested in collecting ribbons, and is an expert tea-maker.
