Zangief

Character from the Street Fighter game series by Capcom. Russian. Ex-wrestling champion. Fights grizzly bears as a hobby. One would think he would be a tough guy; however, there are reports of several incidents in which Zangief has been seen dancing the can-can with Mikhail Gorbachev.

Zangief is the "weak" character in the Street Fighter series. Although his grapple attacks are powerful, he never, ever gets to use them.
