medicinal procedure to attempt to prevent
permanent death, and the
low temperatures prevent
decay. This, now, prevents too much
cellular damage, (the water expands as
frozen and bursts the
cells). The hope is that they will be able to
fix this eventually, however, though, the person's state does not
change, they are at a
fixed state to be revived when
possible (and, hopefully, not during a time of
war.)
