A valuable addition to any Ultimate player's arsenal of throws. The high-release sends the disc on an approximately parabolic trajectory, typically high and slow. Easy to throw over one's mark; easier still to catch. Occasionally hard to be accurate (neophytes beware!) An essential throw for any serious athlete.
