1 14 ½-ounce can diced
tomatoes
2 slices toasted
bread, buttered generously and cut in small pieces
1 small
onion, chopped (to speed up the process, I
grated it)
½ small
green pepper, chopped
Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients (I microwaved the
onion and green pepper for 3 minutes), place in oven-proof dish, sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Goes very well with Simple Salmon
