In NetHack, this potion will render you invisible for a period of time when quaffed. If the potion is blessed, the invisibility will be permanent. Having a mummy wrapping on hand is a good idea if you're going to quaff a blessed potion of invisibility. Cursed potions of invisibility, when quaffed, aggravate all monsters on your current level.

Instructions to make a potion of invisibility:

  1. Get a silver flask
  2. Fill with water from the backside of a waterfall from Flood Control Dam #3
  3. Drop in a piece of bat guano
  4. When the potion turns blue, it's ready. Drink up and enjoy.
This is useful to sneak past Orc guards in Return to Zork.
