Skip-it is an toy that has a weighted wheel with a built in counter at one and and a loop at the other attached together by a plastic rod. You place one ankle in the loop and swing it aound and jump the other leg over the rod and wheel. This toy causes an extreme amount of frustration in young children becuase the counter never counts the correct number of "skips". If you were lucky you might get a third of the number of skips you had actualy performed. This toy also causes kid perjury. Many a kid would turn the wheel backward a few turns so that it said something like 999 and tell all their friends how good
they were at it.
