Tupo is an autological word for typo which began as an in-joke amongst printers and editors. Not common despite its common origin based upon the fact that the letters U and Y are next to each other in a QWERTY keyboard layout.

Usage will likely yield confusion.

Teh alternative forms for a self-referencing typo are tpyo and tyop.
