Watchmen (thing)

The Watchmen displays a very clever layered storywriting technique that keeps the reader on the edge of his seat until the very end. It is so full of details that it is possible to read it several times & discover new plot elements each time, even in small seemingly insignificant sentences.

I will not give away the plot, but here are some things to note:

• The first and last two front panels, feature a drop of the same shape.
• Who watches the Watchmen?
• The first and last panel are very alike
• Gerald Ford on his way from the plane in chapter X
• Henry Kissinger in the military complex, also chapter X
• The fear of nuclear bombs associated with the graffiti - The graffiti is also where the "bomb" detonates.
