Power Staff of the character Whitterquick in the 80's cartoon series
Visionaries. The
chant,
invoking the staff's power, was as follows.
The power manifested itself as the
blue upper body of a man with a
winged helmet and a cyclone below. The holder of the
staff would then become
engulfed by this
figure and
transported at
high speed.
