A rare variety of the Volkswagen Karmann Ghia.

They were produce from 1961-1969. Approximately 42,500 were produced during that time. It is believed that around 2,000 remain today. Due to the fact that unlike most Volkswagens the parts for the Type 34 were very unique which makes them difficult to find today. But still it has a very loyal following.

It is part of the Type III Volkswagen series and the body style reflects that. Sadly the convertible model, originally marketed in '61 was never mass produced due to the number of body modifications required.
