Another impressive Beer from Wanaka Beerworks
Just like the other two beers (Brewski, Cardrona Gold), this is a work of art. Completely different in taste, colour and style, this is a classic dark ale in the same class as Dark Island.
It is perfect for winter evenings in front of the fireplace with Joao Gilberto playing on the stereo, or with a good roast instead of a red wine.
The taste? The first gulp and you know that you're in malty ale territory and every glass is like a meal on its own, with a slight chocolaty palate. Yum!
Just like the other beers of Wanaka Beerworks you should get it in every well stocked bar on the South Island of New Zealand, and of course in almost every pub in Wanaka.
