You should only need to click the left button in the
Kickstart selection screen, as it has a hidden close gadget in the top left corner of the screen.
Kickstart 1.4 is really useless, it's a mixture of 1.3 and 2.0 but not really either. You can only load
Workbench 1.4 with it.
