A delightful children's book written by Doreen Cronin and illustrated by Betsy Lewin.

In this book, Farmer Brown's cows have found a typewriter and learned to type. They post a note asking for electric blankets, because their barn gets chilly at night. The farmer denies their request, and soon the cows and their friends the hens go on strike. No blankets, no milk or eggs.

The story is hilarious; adults get a kick out of it as well as kids. (Typing cows are just funny.) The book is wonderfully illustrated, and is highly recommended!
