A popular children game of Argentina. There are 10 numbered adjacent squares drown in the floor. The start point is labeled "earth", the goal if "heaven", after the last square. Each player, in turn, will throw a small stone, or a piece of chalk, aiming to one of those squares. If he fails, he looses his turn. If he doesn´t he can advance to that square by jumping on one foot. He must jump from one square to the next, without skipping nor touching the lines. The first player arriving to square number 10, wins.
This is also the name of a novel by Julio Cortazar.
