About as close as you can get to being a
sexless person. Imagine
surgical removal of most or all of your
reproductive system, both
internal and
external. Voluntarily.
I would suppose that sex reassignment surgery would fit somewhere close to this area, but at least that one has clear psychological reasoning behind it.
