The Emperor:
As the Emperor you play Shaddam IV. Your heroes are Count Fenring, Captain Aramsham, Burseg, Caid and Bashar.
The Emperor starts with a huge sum of money, no troops already on Dune, and no controlled territory.
The Emperor has great wealth, and has the following advantages:
- Whenever any player successfully bids for a Treachery Card and wins, he/she pays you the spice.
- The Emperor has 5 elite units (Sardaukar) which are twice as powerful as all other military units unless the Sardaukar are fighting against Fedaykin and then they are treated as normal units.
