The DRIVE-THROUGH LIQUOR STORE is a business most often seen in southern states of the US. Put simply, they are a fairly large and high-ceilinged building containing a liquor store. Usually, this consists of nothing more than beer and wine (as most states in the area have separate liquor licenses for beer and wine, and for hard alcohol, or liquor). One can drive one's vehicle in (ostensibly a pickup truck) and load cases of beer into it in a very easy manner. They also sell some kinds of beer by the keg. They are an optimal party supply outlet.

Like most liquor stores, they also sell sodas, ice, cigarettes, and so on. Most of them also sell deep fried hot food, some kind of slushy beverage, and ice chests.
