In the book series, Dragonlance, Fizban is an avatar of the god Paladine. Fizban is a very forgetfull wizard, he can't remember his name most of the time, or the verbal components of his spells. The character is quite funny, messing things up, but somehow getting things done. He has befriended the character Tasslehoff Burrfoot, or Tas, who brags about knowing a god.
