Giddly v. - a word in the Urdu language meaning "tickle"
The word giddly is most effectively used when repeated an appropriate number of times whilst tickling someone, preferably one who is unabashedly stoic.
An example of correct usage:
(in childlike voice) "Here comes the tickle monster!
(ravenous tickling ensues) "Giddly giddly giddly."
The giddly attack is considered by some of the foremost experts in
physical comedy as a surefire method of de
grumpification. Please make it your personal mission to use this word at least once today. Thank you.
I couldn't have made this one up if I tried. It's true, although someone with a more advanced knowledge of Urdu may want to enlighten us on the spelling.
