A creature described in I Had Trouble In Getting to Solla Sollew, by Dr.
Seuss. The Slippard is a tiny, green, grinning creature which lives inside a
keyhole, and will slap away the key when you try to unlock the door.
According to the doorman of Solla Sollew, it's very bad luck to kill a
Slippard. As a result of a single Slippard, the town of Solla Sollew had to be
deserted. This was actually the result of a design flaw: there was only one
door into Solla Sollew. City planners, take note.
