han solo, Towa Tei, also known as
Super DJ Towa Towa in his Deee-Lite Days, Towa Tei has recently produced for groups such as
A Tribe Called Quest and noted
Bossa Nova Revival Godess Bebel Gilberto. Towa Tei's latest CD,
Last Century Modern contains some very
groovy tracks that classify as
Ambient Drum n Bass or
something like that...
It should be noted that even though Towa Tei left Deee-Lite after their second CD,
Infinity Within, he continued to produce their third and final CD
Dewdrops in the Garden.
Despite what appears to be a purely musical
career, Towa Tei deisgned the cover to the
Jungle Brothers CD,
Down by the Forces of Nature.
