German, literally translates to "Fuck-bomber."
This term arose in the seventies and eighties, when it was relatively common for German deviants to book massive flights into the far east (especially Thailand) for the sole purpose of sexual gratification. Scores of middle-class businessmen boarded "Bumsbomber" to live out fantasies deemed illegal or at least immoral anywhere else.
In the mid-eighties this had grown to monstrous proportions, to the point that the child prostitution marked in these countries became too large for even a dictatorship to ignore. Massive media coverage (especially in France) and AIDS put this sort of tourism in the public light and out of fashion.
