"Striking and inspiring in its cosmic beauty". These were the only words which
could accurately describe what she saw before her.
A billion billion billion
points of infinitesimal light swam together from out of a void about one AU in
radius, coalescing into a fountain of new radiance that dimmed even as it
brightened, a function of some rapidly-overcompensating automatic safeties in
the window through which she was watching the scene unfold. The occasional dimming was just another
sign that its true impact was much larger than was currently apparent.
It would
be a full year before anyone on Earth even knew about her plans, and six more

couldn't help but note that she could now, by some anyway, easily be considered
a god.
"A minor one", she chastised herself.
