Situated in
Montréal,
Québec,
Canada, and founded in
1907 under the leadership of the
Montreal Chamber of Commerce, the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal was the first
management school in
Canada. There are
10000 full-time and part-time students enrolled in the
29 programs from the
bachelor,
master, and
doctorate levels.
The school is in its third building, (which is an amazing piece of architecture), into which it moved in 1996. It has enough telecommunication and computer tech to make a self-respecting... self... quite envious.
Through teaching, research, and international initiatives, the school has the mission to develop society, and advance business knowledge.
