Roleplaying jargon: An ability or feature of a character in a roleplaying game which is ludicrously powerful and unbalancing. Sometimes referred to as "FCPs".

Example: In AD&D3, a second-level monk (D:17, W:16) can fight in a bar-brawl, with an Armor Class of 22, and still manage 4 attacks per round. Unarmed.
