Norways second largest television broadcaster and the largest commercial, advertising-based operator. Established in 1991 and was on air september 1992, when the government decided to allow a second national operator to transmit on the network built for NRK.

Strictly commercial profile, mostly airing news, sports and foreign programming. Owns most of TVNorge, the third norwegian broadcasting company, making the scandinavian TV3 the only other competitor in its field except from NRK.

Finland's smallest national television channel, YLE's second(ary) channel. Strictly non-commercial, has no advertising (only "information" about its upcoming shows and similar). Profiles for sports, swedish (primary language for 5% of Finnish is Swedish) shows and stuff too strange for YLE's primary channel, TV1.
