The long-awaited
sophomore release from
Crystal Method, scheduled to hit the shelves on
July 31, 2001. Happily for me, the
album is already available in its entirety on the
Gnutella network, so I'm listening to it as I write this.
In 1997, Vegas, Crystal Method's debut LP, sold like wildfire and made the group into instant legends. In the years since, they've been doing almost non-stop live shows (thus the excrutiatingly long wait between albums).
Tracks:
- PHD
- Wild, Sweet And Cool
- Roll It Up
- Over The Line
- Name Of The Game
- The Winner
- Ready For Action
- Ten Miles Back
- Murder
- Blowout
- Tough Guy
This album is filled to the brim with delicious hard beats and groovy electronic sweetness. If it's at all possible to surpass the supreme goodness that was the first album, Tweekend does, and more.
