The Song of Ceber
Argument: Therdy, driven on by the Clockwork Goddess, attempts to violate Ceber in her sleep. This does not go as planned.

Therdy’s Curse
In Valayis, Ceber slept
Dreaming dreams of conquest unbound.
In fate mysteries cruel await
In fate miseries salivate
And the Clockwork Goddess
pushed poor Therdy
to contemplate his conquest of Ceber.
He could never win her fairly.
As a challenger he never would stand
To end his days like a cave ant
Killed cruelly by Ceber’s sting
Humiliation without end.
But now she slept soundly.
Stirred to lust by the spring-loaded goddess
He would get no better chance
Her chamber, a place of honor
Given by Fyrness, a fabulous gift
adorned with gems, gold, and amethyst
Ceber who, at the center
Seemed as priceless as all the rest
Therdy, amazed at the sight,
Nearly stopped because of its beauty
If he had stopped there
In awe complete
No harm could curse him.
No.
His fate was too strong.
He attacked with his saber
Ready for battle-like climax
Ceber startled at the intrusion
Struck with her sting, ending him.
He had sought to enter her,
but she entered him with poisoned might
Curdling his organs
Spoiling his brain
Therdy was over
Before he began.
